Vibe Bilişim: Logo, integration and HR systems
Vibe Bilişim is a Logo partner with more than 15 years of experience in selling, implementing and supporting Logo products. We build integration services between Logo and other business systems, develop our own products, such as VibeCRM, VibeTrans 360 and Vibe Dispatch System, and deliver custom software.
Integration
We have built services connecting Logo ERP and Logo Payroll with SAP, Oracle, Mikro, Nebim V3, Veribase and Idenfit. We connect through Logo Objects, REST, HR Objects or the database, depending on the record type. Every service runs with duplicate checks, an error log and email reports.
HR and personnel systems
Integrations that keep payroll and ERP personnel records in step with HR and time-attendance applications such as Idenfit are one of our strongest areas. As an Idenfit partner we have built personnel, organisation, work schedule and leave transfers for media, hospitality, retail, manufacturing and logistics companies.
Our own products
VibeCRM keeps customer, sales, contract, project and support records together. VibeTrans 360 imports Excel documents and master data into Logo. Vibe Dispatch System takes Logo orders to handheld terminals and returns despatch notes created in the field to Logo.
Manufacturing and commercial experience
Our work covers detailed manufacturing scenarios as well as order, despatch and sales processes. We connect production orders with material consumption and cost, and track how much of each sales order has been despatched and invoiced. We make report totals traceable to their transactions.
How we work with your team
We start by reviewing your systems and the process in scope. Once scope, owners and acceptance criteria are agreed, we plan implementation and testing. Projects are delivered with technical documentation and a closure document, followed by support.
