How the personal data you share through our contact form is processed, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

The full name, email address, phone number, company name, request type and message you enter in the contact form; the page you sent the form from and any campaign link details; and, to prevent misuse of the form, the time of submission and your IP address.
To review your request and respond; to handle quotes, demos, information requests or support; to follow up your request in our customer relationship management system; and to keep the form secure and block automated spam. Product and service updates are sent only if you give separate consent in the form.
Reviewing and responding to your request is directly related to establishing a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c). Keeping the form secure and preventing misuse is our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f). Product and service updates rely on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1), which you can withdraw at any time.
Your data is stored in the customer relationship management and email systems we use to respond and is accessed by authorised staff. Automated-submission checks are provided by Cloudflare, Inc.; browser and IP address details are sent to Cloudflare during the check. Otherwise your data is not shared with third parties, except with competent public authorities where the law requires.
Inquiry records are kept for the limitation periods set by the applicable legislation after the request is closed, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. If you withdraw consent for updates, your contact details are removed from the update list.
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing and the recipients, request correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation for damage.
