A phased integration for an organisation using Logo Payroll Plus: personnel records go to Idenfit, and leave approved in Idenfit is written back to Logo Payroll Plus. Both phases are live.

Personnel transfer
Personnel, assignment, family, identity and contact data is read from the Logo Payroll database with read-only queries and transferred to Idenfit. Company, department and unit definitions are mapped to Idenfit references.
Writing leave to payroll
Leave approved in Idenfit is written to Payroll Plus through Logo's HR Objects interface; if the employee has no leave planning card, one is created first. Daily and hourly leave use separate codes, and leave types are mapped to Idenfit. Every leave is logged, so none is written twice. Leave withdrawn in Idenfit is deactivated in payroll as well.
Control tools
A configuration tool manages settings, service status and restarts from one screen. A leave audit tool lists leave from Logo Payroll and Idenfit side by side and exports it to Excel. Transfers run daily at a set time and results are reported by email.
