An integration for a manufacturing group with two company codes that transfers personnel records and work schedules from SAP HR to Idenfit. Personnel data in Idenfit is also passed on to Kontinus.

The flow we built
A custom SAP RFC function is called as a SOAP service. Personal, address, family, education, bank, insurance, organisation and work schedule data is transferred to Idenfit. The SAP work schedule rule is mapped to the Idenfit shift. Employees with a leaving action are deactivated in Idenfit with a termination reason. A separate flow passes Idenfit personnel data to Kontinus by branch.
Operation
Each company code runs with its own Idenfit account and receives its own email report. Changes are detected by comparing a record summary. Separate mapping tables hold bank, university, faculty and insurance codes.
