The flow we built
The service reads the personnel list from an Oracle report service. It matches each record by its source identifier, creates new employees in Idenfit and updates changed ones section by section. Companies, branches, units, titles, teams, jobs, shifts and termination reasons are created in Idenfit first if missing. Line manager data is transferred as well.
Operation
Only changed records are processed; the latest state of each record is kept in a local control table. Successes and failures are sent in regular email reports. Owners are alerted if the source returns no data or the service stops.
