Personnel records were created in Mikro, while HR and attendance processes ran in Idenfit. Staff across regions had to appear with the same data in both systems.

The flow we built
The service reads personnel records from the Mikro database through a view prepared for this purpose. Each employee is linked to Idenfit by name, falling back to the employee code. New employees are created and the profile, contact, personal, employment, family, education, bank and insurance sections are updated. Leavers in Mikro are deactivated in Idenfit.
Operation
Which actions run and which staff numbers are excluded is set in the configuration. A record is never created twice in one cycle, and records with conflicting email addresses are set aside. Successes and failures are reported in batched email notifications.
