Electronic invoicing with Logo e-Invoice

Creating an invoice, delivering it and retrieving the record are parts of one process. Logo e-Invoice connects these activities with your accounting or business software.

For invoicing and accounting teams

Logo e-Fatura suits teams turning sales information from accounting or ERP software into electronic invoices while tracking delivery status and past documents. Customer details, document fields and user permissions are part of the workflow. Implementation connects that service with the existing invoicing process.

A standard electronic document

Invoices are prepared in UBL-TR format for electronic transmission. A reliable source for customer, item, quantity and amount data reduces repeated entry across separate screens for the same sale.

Accounting and ERP integration

Logo e-Invoice supports data exchange with ERP and other applications. Scope depends on the connected software; field mapping, document identifiers and transmission results are central parts of the implementation.

Access to earlier invoices

Electronic documents are retained through the storage service. Accounting teams can retrieve an earlier invoice without searching separate folders, with a clear relationship between the archived document and its ERP record.

Access by responsibility

Access permissions can be defined for users and departments. Separating invoice preparation, processing follow-up and historical document review makes everyday responsibilities clearer.

WORKFLOW

From sales record to electronic invoice

Accurate data transfer keeps the transmitted document and accounting record tied to the same transaction.

  1. Sales record
  2. Document creation
  3. Electronic transmission
  4. Status tracking
  5. Archive

Why source data matters

Electronic transmission does not correct a missing tax identifier, incorrect unit or inconsistent customer record. Implementation therefore covers account data, document fields and ownership of failed transactions. A document being sent and a transaction being completed should remain distinct states.

Questions and answers

How does e-Invoice differ from e-Archive Invoice?

The key distinction is the recipient's registration status. e-Invoice serves transactions between registered users; e-Archive Invoice serves customers outside that system and end consumers. Document selection follows that distinction.

Does sending a PDF count as issuing an e-Invoice?

No. A PDF can be a readable presentation of an invoice. e-Invoicing also involves creating the standard electronic document and completing its transmission process; an email attachment alone does not establish completion.
