From orders to invoices
Orders, delivery notes and invoices can be linked. Transferring an order to a delivery note and then an invoice reduces repeated entry of product and customer information. The order represents demand, shipment records goods movement, and the invoice establishes a commercial receivable or payable.
Inventory and product information
Product cards, stock quantities and inventory values can be tracked, with material and account data imported from Excel. Consistent product codes matter alongside product names. Creating the same item under different names causes purchasing and sales movements to become split across records.
Accounts, cash and banking
Customer and supplier balances are followed alongside cash, banks, cheques/promissory notes and payment plans. In a credit sale, the invoice amount differs from the cash received that day. Keeping these records distinct helps separate sales performance from money actually available.
Local installation and opening data
Start 3 runs locally. Operating the device holding the data and its backups is part of this model. Errors in opening quantities, costs or account balances carry into later movements, so clean opening records give the first reports a sound starting point. İşbaşı and Cloud Lite offer other models for businesses seeking cloud access.
