We plan mobile applications around field data collection, task tracking and connections to business systems. Devices, connectivity and integration scope are assessed at the start of the project.
We develop applications for businesses handling customer visits, service records and approvals on phones or tablets. Where people work, their connectivity and the records they share with head office determine what the first release needs to cover.

Phone and tablet experience
Prioritise access to the core task, readable fields and clear feedback. Camera, location or barcode functions are considered only where the task and user permissions justify them.
ERP and service connections
Define shared records, the system of record and update direction. Connections to Logo ERP or another application depend on supported interfaces and licence conditions.
What happens without connectivity?
If offline use is needed, separately design local storage, synchronisation and conflict rules. Make clear whether a record is stored on the device or confirmed by the server.
WORKFLOW
Turn an idea into a usable release
We agree the first release’s tasks and acceptance criteria together. This example becomes a project plan around the platform, connections and operating needs.

02Prototype
03Build and test
04Release and follow-up
Pilot and distribution
Run a pilot with representative users. Confirm supported devices, roles, distribution and maintenance ownership using the test results.
Questions and answers
Can Android and iOS both be supported?+
Select platforms according to device functions and distribution needs. Do not assume identical capabilities; plan acceptance tests for each.
Can mobile screens extend our existing application?+
Review the existing API and access model. Where a suitable interface is available, design the mobile workflow around the core system's data and permission rules.
To connect existing applications, we define the data contract, access permissions and operational needs. REST, SOAP or another connection method is chosen according to the systems involved.
Before connecting Logo ERP to commerce, logistics or internal applications, we define sources, business rules and failure cases. The integration scope depends on the interfaces available in each product.
Send open Logo order lines to your dispatch team's handheld terminals. Scan products by barcode and print the despatch note on the device; the note is then transferred to Logo as a sales despatch linked to the order.
