Preparing for the visit
The installed product, open issues and priority tasks define the visit agenda. We arrange time with the relevant teams, access and sample records in advance, so the visit can focus on the agreed work.
Observation and application
Follow the current workflow with users to identify repeated data entry, unclear responsibilities or reporting needs. Assess proposed adjustments against the installed product and licence scope.
