Employees and organisation
Employee information, positions and organisational structure sit together. Assigned assets and temporary duties also form part of employee management, connecting a payroll identity with the person's role and related workplace records.
Time and payroll
Time, payroll and employee receivables and payables are available according to package scope. Attendance, leave, overtime, additional payments and deductions feed pay processing. Correct period allocation is essential to explaining the resulting calculation.
How the cloud subscription works
The application runs through the cloud service, with updates delivered within that model. Customers do not need their own application server. Data preparation, access rights and everyday responsibilities still need to reflect the organisation.
Basic, Standard and additional options
Packages contain different functions, with options such as the employee portal offered separately. Headcount alone is therefore insufficient for choosing a subscription: payroll ownership and the processes moving into the system also determine scope.
Differences from Edge HR and Bordro Plus
Cloud HR combines core HR and payroll in a cloud service. Edge HR covers broader processes such as performance, training and careers. Bordro Plus is an on-premise product focused on payroll and personnel administration.
Migration depends on prepared data
Moving to the cloud does not automatically resolve duplicate employee numbers or conflicting leave balances. Agreed opening records and period values make it clear which information the next payroll should use.
