Logo Edge T-Series connects orders, deliveries, invoices, inventory and accounting. Its installed desktop ERP works alongside browser access and cloud services.

Who is it for?

In trading and distribution businesses, sales, warehouse and accounting teams follow different aspects of the same transaction. T-Series supports this operating structure. Its hybrid architecture is relevant to organisations retaining an installed system while adding other access channels.

Orders, inventory and accounting

Basic includes orders and delivery notes, inventory costing, invoices, customer and supplier accounts, and general accounting. Product movements and commercial records therefore share a system. An order represents demand awaiting fulfilment, a delivery note records movement, and an invoice establishes a receivable or payable.

How Basic and Standard differ

Quick production is optional in Basic. Standard includes it alongside serial and lot tracking, stock locations, quotations, distribution, project tracking and financial consolidation. Enterprise is also part of the family; manufacturing depth and additional modules vary by edition.

Reporting and supplier quotations

Report Assistant turns natural-language questions into queries and exports results to Excel. Online quotation collection connects supplier comparisons with orders. The business definition of a report still matters: shipped quantities, invoiced quantities and outstanding orders measure different things.

WORKFLOW

From order to payment

Ordered, delivered, invoiced and paid quantities describe separate stages. Preserving these connections lets sales and finance reports explain the same transaction consistently.

  1. Order
  2. Delivery note
  3. Invoice
  4. Payment

Browser access to desktop ERP

T-Series provides browser access by virtualising the desktop application. Browser access therefore does not itself make the product a SaaS service. Server, connectivity and operating responsibilities depend on deployment; Logo Cloud offers a different service model.

Sales reporting with Vibe

Vibe has experience in order, delivery-note and sales processes and their reporting. Partial deliveries make it important to separate remaining order quantities from invoice status. When returns and cancellations lose their connection to the original transaction, sales can appear overstated and outstanding-order lists can contain misleading balances.

How T-Series, J-Series, N-Series and Cloud differ

The choice depends on deployment, manufacturing requirements and customisation, as well as business size. T-Series, J-Series, N-Series and Cloud can all cover manufacturing; the available functions depend on the selected package and modules.

Questions and answers

What distinguishes T-Series from J-Series?

T-Series combines desktop ERP with browser access. J-Series is web based and uses Java-based customisation tools. The distinction concerns how the application runs and is developed, as well as its interface.

Is quick production included in every edition?

No. It is an additional option in Basic and part of Standard. Quick production and detailed operation or capacity planning are different scopes. Manufacturing depth determines the relevant edition and modules.
