Logo Cloud: ERP delivered without an in-house server

Logo Cloud is a subscription ERP family for purchasing, sales, inventory, finance and accounting. Lite, Basic and Standard provide different levels of functional coverage.

Discuss your requirements

Using ERP without running its infrastructure

Logo Cloud is accessed online, reducing the work of installing an ERP server and operating version upgrades in-house. Managed infrastructure, automatic backups and a continuously updated service distinguish it for teams that do not want to run their own ERP servers.

On this page7 sections

Basic: commercial operations and general accounting

Basic includes materials, purchasing, sales and finance alongside general accounting. Connecting a sale to the customer account and ledger allows its commercial and financial effects to be followed together. General accounting is a principal distinction from Cloud Lite's bookkeeping scope.

Standard: broader operational coverage

Standard includes advanced materials, fixed assets, requisitions, quick production, quotations/contracts, notifications/approvals and the sales console. These are additional options in Basic. The distinction is whether the required functions come within the chosen edition or are added separately.

Following cash and inventory movements

Customer and supplier accounts, cash, bank and cheque/promissory-note records underpin balances and payment plans. Inventory and costing are connected with commercial movements. A sale, delivery and payment can occur on different dates, so revenue and available cash describe different financial positions.

WORKFLOW

From commercial transaction to accounting entry

Purchased or sold goods create inventory movements. The invoice affects a customer or supplier account, and the accounting connection completes the financial entry. General accounting in this flow belongs to Basic and Standard.

  1. Goods movement
  2. Invoice
  3. Account balance
  4. Accounting

Cloud service versus browser access

Cloud delivers software as a service. Browser access in T-Series or J-Series does not itself remove responsibility for operating installed ERP. The cloud distinction concerns how servers, maintenance, versions and backups are handled, as well as the access interface.

Why opening records affect the first reports

Importing both a customer's outstanding balance and unpaid invoices in the wrong way can create the same receivable twice. Inventory quantities and values also require separate reconciliation. Clean opening records establish the starting point for the first month's sales, profitability and cash reports.

How T-Series, J-Series, N-Series and Cloud differ

The choice depends on deployment, manufacturing requirements and customisation, as well as business size. T-Series, J-Series, N-Series and Cloud can all cover manufacturing; the available functions depend on the selected package and modules.

Questions and answers

Does Cloud Standard include detailed production planning?

Standard includes quick production. This does not by itself establish detailed operation, capacity or advanced scheduling coverage. Manufacturing requirements need to correspond to the edition's functions and relevant ERP alternatives.

Do e-document services have separate requirements?

Yes. e-Fatura, e-Arşiv and related services require an eLogo integrator account, with credits purchased separately. The core ERP subscription and document-transmission service have different scope.
